ECO SAVE was founded in 2019 in Rishon LeZion, Israel. Our mission is to fight air pollution with an innovative, high-quality and accessible solution for reducing emissions from vehicles and machinery.

We developed a plant-based additive that works with every fuel type. It is easy to use, requires no engine modification, and has been tested in laboratories in Israel, Austria and Malaysia.

From the lab to the global fuel market

About ten years ago we began a complex development process for a single product, with a clear goal: to significantly reduce fuel consumption and engine emissions, and to improve engine performance.

What comes out of the exhaust, and why every percent of reduction matters for our health.

The silent killer

Carbon monoxide binds to red blood cells roughly 300 times more effectively than oxygen, preventing oxygen from reaching the body. In urban areas, about 90% of CO emissions come from vehicles.

NOx

Nitrogen oxides

Formed at the high combustion temperatures inside the engine. Nitrogen dioxide damages the respiratory tract and aggravates asthma and bronchitis.

Unburned fuel

Hydrocarbons that did not burn completely, due to an unbalanced mixture, uneven combustion in the cylinder or faulty ignition.

How it works

Production

Plant extraction

The additive is produced from plant extracts through a meticulous process: brewing, compression, induction, mixing, hydraulic stirring, filtering and quality testing.

Combustion

Smaller particles

The liquid breaks down fuel particles and allows more oxygen to reach the fuel. The result: more complete combustion and less unburned fuel.

Measurement

Data & reporting

We record and analyze fuel consumption against historical data, train drivers and monitor usage over time.

The secret in the formula

The four strokes of the engine

Any combustion outside the combustion chamber is lost power. ECO-SAVE increases complete combustion, which produces CO₂, and reduces partial combustion, which produces carbon monoxide.

Intake

The descending piston creates a vacuum that draws air, or an air-fuel mixture, into the chamber.

Compression

The rising piston compresses the mixture at high pressure, generating intense heat.

Power

Heat (in diesel) or an electric spark (in gasoline) ignites the mixture, and the pressure forcefully drives the piston down.

Exhaust

The piston rises again, the exhaust valves open, and gases and combustion residue leave through the exhaust.

Technological advantages

More than fuel savings

Less friction

The liquid lubricates the cylinder walls, reducing friction and lowering engine temperature. Less friction means less wear.

Catalytic converter

With regular use, the catalytic converter processes emissions more efficiently and lasts longer.

Less knocking

Knocking comes from uneven combustion. The additive promotes even combustion, reducing knocking and wear.

Less soot

Soot is solid carbon. The additive converts accumulated carbon into oxides, reducing the wear it causes.

A cleaner engine

During operation, the liquid cleans the fuel system and extends engine life.

Not just another detergent

Most fuel additives sold worldwide are chemical detergents designed mainly to clean the engine. ECO-SAVE is made only from plant materials and improves combustion itself.

What it means

More energy from every liter

A 97.6% drop in unburned fuel shows that combustion became more efficient, while the air-fuel ratio stayed stable and the engine kept running normally.
